Needed some red meat in my life today so I used LEAN! It still tastes good and is just so much better for you.

Browned lean ground beef, then throw in zucchini (garlic herb seasoning) and sauté in extra virgin olive oil. Then add red & yellow sweet mini peppers. Throw in some quinoa at the very end and mix it all up. Season w/ fresh cracked black pepper and you’ve got yourself a winner!!!

Sautée mushrooms & spinach - season lightly w/ sea salt. Add 2 egg whites & 1 whole egg. Toast one whole wheat “sandwich thin” and spread one side w/ laughing cow light creamy Swiss. Top it all off w/ chobani Greek yogurt (plain 0%) & Tapatío ☺😋😁😃😻😛🐙 good healthy fuel for your Friday!!!!
